Pregnancy Massage

Reflexology

Reflexology, a unique method of stimulating more than 7,000 nerve endings in the feet, is intended to relieve stress and tension, and eliminate energy blocks. It improves circulation throughout the body and is used to prevent, rather than cure, a wide range of ailments. Your therapist will use techniques to keep you relaxed as she works, and you will soon recognize the benefit of this intense procedure. Sports / Clinical Massage

Sports/clinical massage is intended to encourage optimal physical performance by assisting in recovery from vigorous activity and aiding in the management of injury. Deep pressure exerted with the palms and fingers as well as strokes applied perpendicular to muscle fibers, attempt to enhance contractile ability. Sports/clinical massage is frequently used in rehabilitation settings and with athletes.
