Besides hiring the right people to manage and perform specific jobs, as a company we aim to build up commitment and loyalty among the workforce by keeping our employees up to date about company plans, and ensuring that they are part of any change management process to ensure smooth transition and participation. Our activities also include managing our approach to employee benefits and compensation, employee records and policies.
